Juliana Lopes is partner in the Corporate and Business area at our Curitiba office. She has more than 15 years’ experience and advises clients in matters involving business law, corporate law and contracts, with a focus on corporate restructuring, succession planning, foreign investments in Brazil (involving the Brazilian Central Bank and other agencies), registration of foreign investment and financial transactions, the analysis and preparation of different types of contracts, including international agreements, and work before the National Institute for Intellectual Property (INPI), Compliance programs and General Data Protection Law (LGPD) programs, among other things.
Ms. Lopes serves companies from various industries, particularly in the south of Brazil.
Juliana is a rapporteur member of Commission for Studies on Business Compliance and Anti-Corruption, an effective member of the Business Law Commission and of the Digital Law and Data Protection Commission at OAB/PR. Ms. Lopes is also a member of Instituto Prof Assis Gonçalves.
