Fieldfisher Ireland's Renewable Energy team advises a wide range of stakeholders operating in the energy sector, from market leading semi-state entities to private developers and banks. We provide legal advice on all aspects of energy projects, from the planning stage through to the financing, construction and operation of the project. We have particular expertise acting for developers on project financing and on the sale and purchase of energy projects.
We also advise our clients on all regulatory matters relating to renewable energy projects including RESS participation, I-SEM rules, and all required authorisations and licences. We have unique experience in negotiating Power Purchase Agreements including corporate Power Purchase Agreements for renewable energy projects.
