Miguel AM Tesón, leading the area, is a prestigious tax lawyer, former president of the Argentine Fiscal Association. He works alongside Guillermo Lalanne, Valeria Estathio and Maria Celina Valls, with the support of Eduardo Baistrocchi and Carlos Repetto, as of counsels. The department has a strong expertise in complex tax litigation matters. It completes its practice covering a wide range of local and international tax issues, including international tax planning and transfer pricing.

Our Tax Department has gained a very important reputation among its clients and peer law firms in complex tax litigation, local taxation and transfer pricing.

We also have contacts with major law offices in several countries, which enable us to analyze every transaction from a global perspective. In particular, we have a major alliance with the Spanish firm Estudio Roca Junyent with whom we work on a habitual basis.

Our Tax Law Department has created a work unit specialized in complex tax lawsuits, with particular experience in disputes subsequently appealed to the National Supreme Court of Justice. Said work unit is unique in Argentina in the full-service law office sector.
