ECIJA Honduras most relevant mandates on the Dispute Resolution Practice area are:
- New collection unit, in charge of administrative recovery portfolio thet BANCO LAFISE has and also the legal collection proceedings to recover the default accounts. The portfolio has a value of aproximately 4.3 million dollars.
- BANCO DAVIVIENDA is another case we are working on, which is one of the largest actions currently going through the Honduras Courts.
- Recently the workers of Synohydro Corporation Limited, a Hydroelectric Power Plant in Patuca, went on a strike where the Project is being held, prohibiting the entrence to the work place, os in October 26 we started a suspensión of employment contacts of 1,050 employees.
