The Employment team has grown significantly over the past couple of years. This brings the total number of employment partners for the wider UK team to 8. The Milton Keynes team is the only employment practice in Milton Keynes and the surrounding area with a City and international scope. This allows the team to attract a unique group of clients whilst offering a full range of advice - from the complex international projects and issues, to day-to-day employment law matters. The team is therefore able to offer the level of service that local, national and international clients expect.

The team has particular expertise and receives substantial work from the retail, transport, technology, media and telecommunications sectors. It acts for a range of high-profile clients, such as the Virgin Group, TUI, Wizz Air, Chanel, Royal Albert Hall, KKR, John Lewis Partnership, Royal Mail Group, Coty, Village Hotels, AON and Network Rail. The team has won several panel opportunities in the past 12 months including: Network Rail and HSBC.
