The Employment and Labor team in Italy is a leader in providing clients with both judicial and out-of-court assistance on all labor, social security and trade union matters.
We assist Italian and foreign clients with a structured team capable of responding to any request for advice and assistance in a timely and effective manner. We provide day-to-day support not only in relation to ordinary matters, but also by proactively partnering with clients to identify tools and policies that can help their HR management become more efficient, including, among others, advising on incentive plans, collective agreements as well as retention and stock option plans.
The team has consolidated experience in the establishment, management and termination of employment relationships, self-employment relationships and agency contracts, as well as in collective dismissal procedures and other restructuring procedures involving trade unions.
Moreover, we assist medium and large companies in relation to all employment and labor aspects of extraordinary transactions including M&A, transfer of business units, corporate reorganizations and workforce reductions.
