The Employment and Labor team in Italy is a leader in providing clients with both judicial and out-of-court assistance on all labor, social security and trade union related issues.

Moreover, we assist medium and large companies in relation to all employment and labor issues concerning extraordinary transactions including M&A, transfer of business units, corporate reorganizations and workforce reductions.
