Overview
Dentons Employment and Labor team has a very clear focus on and has continuously been involved in high profile and complex matters covering a broad range of employment law related issues. The team both advises and litigates on employment disputes (mass redundancies as well as individual dismissals). Furthermore, our lawyers supervise cross-border employment issues, handle collective labor agreements, works council issues, social plans and pension related issues. The team has experience with mass redundancies up to an impact of 2,500 employees (with national media attention).
In addition, our practice stands out for its wealth experience in advising on acquisitions, reorganizations and in- and outsourcing projects. Given the considerable amount of work done at an international level, our team has also significant experience in acting for foreign employers. Our knowledge of the market and involvement in significant matters clearly sets us apart from other competitors.
