Overview

Dentons has one of the most experienced and the largest dispute resolution teams in Poland, comprising over 35 lawyers focused exclusively on litigation. The team focuses on complex litigation, arbitration, mediation and all other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

The Warsaw Dispute Resolution practice group is organized in sub-teams of different specializations: construction/infrastructure, real estate litigation, white collar/criminal, regulatory disputes, corporate disputes, administrative disputes, civil and IP litigation, insolvency-related disputes and arbitration.

We have vast experience in handling the largest and most multifaceted cases, assessing and managing risks in relation to the legal costs of the dispute and minimizing the likelihood of future litigation.

We are particularly known for our expertise in advising in the highly regulated energy, life sciences, healthcare, financial institutions, media, telecoms and real estate sectors.

Our sector-focused litigation and other forms of dispute resolution across Poland and the CEE region also covers construction/engineering, fraud and asset recovery, international commercial arbitration, investment arbitration claims arising under Bilateral Investment Treaties and the Energy Charter Treaty, product liability litigation, white collar crime/internal investigations.

We are also well positioned to advise on cross-border matters in the region, covering both the domestic law and English law aspects of any dispute.
