Our capital markets group has represented hundreds of A-share listed companies, dozens of overseas listed companies and thousands of new OTC market companies in initial public offerings (IPO), listings, re-financings, M&A and regulatory compliance matters. Our experience includes advising Agricultural Bank of China’s dual listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX), China Railway Construction Corporation’s dual listing on both the SSE and the HKEX and China Yangtze Power Co., Ltd. ’s listing on the SSE.
