DAC Beachcroft provides a multi-disciplinary service to UK and overseas organisations whose property assets are at the heart of their business. With over 135 lawyers we have one of the UK's largest dedicated Real Estate practices.

We practice in three main areas; residential, retail centres and commercial investment for national and international clients.

Residential: we operate from conception through to sale, with strategic land advice a particular area of expertise. We work for all 12 of the country's leading housebuilders on schemes that include: joint venture and the private rented sector.

Retail centres: our team delivers development and litigation, as well as customised, complex volume asset management across 13.8m sq ft of space in the country's largest shopping and leisure destinations.

Commercial Investment: our team advises institutional, international and private investors and developers on acquisitions, funding and disposals in office, hotel, government, health, agricultural, retail and leisure sectors.
