We provide a multi-disciplinary service to UK and overseas organisations whose property assets are at the heart of their business. With over 135 lawyers we have one of the UK's largest dedicated Real Estate practices.

Residential: we operate from conception through to sale, with strategic land advice a particular area of expertise.

Retail centres: our team delivers development and litigation, as well as customised, complex volume asset management across 13.8m sq ft of space in the country's largest shopping and leisure destinations.

Telecoms infrastructure: Our work encompasses all aspects of the mast network, dealing with the grant of leases for new masts and apparatus, renewal leases, site sharing agreements and also commercial agreements between operators.

Government and public sector: work extensively for government, health and education bodies. Informed by our detailed understanding of the sector we have developed a pioneering estates outsourcing product which brings efficiency savings for public health bodies.
