DAC Beachcroft provides a multi-disciplinary service to UK and overseas organisations whose property assets are at the heart of their business. We are ranked in "The Lawyer's" top ten real estate lawyers. The team was in 2017 voted Real Estate Team of the Year, Manchester Legal Awards.

In the North West we practice in three main areas; residential, retail centres and commercial investment, for regional and national clients.

Residential: we operate from conception through to sale, with strategic land advice a particular area of expertise. We work for all 12 of the country's leading housebuilders on schemes that include: joint venture and the private rented sector.

Retail centres: our team delivers development and litigation, as well as customised, complex volume asset management across 13.8m sq ft of space in the country's largest shopping and leisure destinations. We act for private companies and local authorities.

Commercial investment: we work in all aspects of commercial property, including: funding, acquisition asset management and disposals.

Elaine Field leads the Planning team, which is an integrated part of our Real Estate practice. Construction, litigation, tax and finance experts are also key elements of the comprehensive support available, supporting speed of execution and integrated communication.
