What we do

We act for high-profile clients across the financial services, commercial and health sector including four of the leading investment banks, household names such as Royal Mail and Unilever and leading NHS institutions. We support these clients with their complex and sensitive employment disputes, projects and transactions.

We are experts at litigation both before the Employment Tribunals and the High Court. In recent years we have appeared in a series of reported cases before the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal, and we acted for Dell EMC in successfully petitioning the Supreme Court.

Unlike many of our London-based competitors, we can offer our clients access to our regional offices to cover their day to day advisory matters, and thereby service the full range of their needs.
