Ben Donovan maintains a prolific practice which spans project development, acquisitions and financing. He is knowledgeable of both the oil and gas and power spaces, where he advises private and public organisations, including independent power producers and parastatals. He splits his time between Johannesburg and London.

He is highly experienced across development and financing matters, as well as privatisations and acquisitions. He is also knowledgeable on oil and gas and infrastructure developments.

Agnieszka Klich represents clients across development and financing matters, as well as advising on acquisitions relating to energy projects. She provides counsel across many countries in Africa, with particular insight into renewable power technologies. She is based in London.
