Key types of work

Heavyweight caseload: we handle major issues on a national basis that are high-profile, sensitive and complex in nature. We also undertake work of national significance – for example advising the Welsh Government on the NHS Wales Bill 2018. Our practice does not revolve around regional day-to-day employment matters.

Full spectrum of services: as expected of a full-service commercial law firm, we handle all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, with niche expertise in in-bound business immigration. We are also appointed to the National Procurement Services Framework for Wales for employment matters. Our appointment means that we can provide employment law advice to all public sector entities in Wales.
