Our team has a long-standing reputation rendering legal advice to industrial, services and commercial clients in connection with labor matters, both in lawsuits and in their day-to-day business or other issues such as negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, industrial disputes, labor aspects related to acquisitions and mergers and, in general, all issues regarding labor relationships
We represent our clients in all areas of labor relationships by rendering preventive legal assistance and representing them before administrative agencies and in the lawsuits brought before the respective labor courts.
We also render legal advice to several international clients and other foreign law firms in connection with the global implementation of pension plans, variable compensation and long term incentive plans.
We understand that labor issues represent a great concern in our client’s day-to-day businesses; hence we focus on the performance of services while we consider not only the legal aspects, but also the needs and convenience of our clients, interacting with them to get the best results.
In this respect, the Labor Department team has currently one partner, two senior attorneys, and five junior attorneys with broad experience in this field and worldwide recognition.
We have extensive expertise in large corporations, and we aim to become a business partner of our clients, sharing their vision and aligning our advice to the business plan and the applicable legal framework.
