The Dispute Resolution team served as legal counsels and arbitrators in multiple mediation processes based on the rules set by Arbitration centers such as the centers of the Panamanian Chamber of Commerce, the Panamanian Chamber of Construction, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), UNCITRAL, and CIADI. Also advise transnational companies in the execution of State contracts and represent multiple companies both in judicial litigation and insolvency proceedings, reorganizations and settlements, as well as in national and international arbitration.Their experts are also requested as members of Dispute Boards.
The firm and lawyers are active members of the main professional local associations, playing an important role in Panama’s current legal and economic affairs, including The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) – Panama Chapter; The Society of Construction Law, founders of the Panamanian Association of Construction Law, the Insolvency Commission of the Panama Bar Association, the Center for Conflict Resolution (CESCON), among others.
