We are a partner led team with 10 partners whose experience expands over 30+ years. Our client base includes leading regional, national and international employers providing key areas of advise to include day-to-day HR support, corporate transactions, large scale business reorganisations/TUPE, Employment Tribunal litigation (including whistleblowing and discrimination) and executive terminations.
We offer service delivery innovation through fixed cost online tools for businesses to save time and cost on HR matters, and manage risk. Out training arm of the team, facilitates learning for our clients through webinars and public training courses.
We have true sector expertise including in the areas of Recruitment, Sport, Food and Travel/Leisure.
We operate pricing methods which provide certainty and transparency from the start, breaking with reliance on traditional hourly rate billing (a large proportion of employment tribunal work of the team is priced on fixed and capped fees).
This has all led to us being named both Manchester Law Society Employment Team of the year twice (2012 & 2014) and Liverpool Law Society Employment Team of the year (2015).
