Brabners’ litigation department continues to be recognised as one of the largest in the North West to have a solely commercial client base. The department also has a regional reputation in a number of specialist areas of dispute, including, Directors and shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, media and defamation, insolvency disputes, commercial fraud claims and property litigation. We have particular expertise in dealing with complex and high-value claims.
