Our employment lawyers provide a fully comprehensive service for our corporate clients and senior executives from managing tribunal and civil court claims, drafting contracts and policy documents and advising on day to day HR issues, to working with clients on more complex issues such as reorganisations, TUPE/outsourcing, business protection and immigration issues.
Our HR Solutions service recognises that not every matter needs legal solutions and we have built up a network of experts to advise on specialist HR issues such as managing disciplinaries and grievances, assisting with collective consultation and devising appraisal systems along with vetting, health and safety, relocation, workplace mediation and business coaching. We act as an extension of our clients’ human resources or legal teams, providing immediate day-to-day advice and assistance on all strategic and operational HR related issues.
We have an active training division providing face to face and virtual training on all HR matters for HR professionals, legal teams, managers and Boards.
