Actively helping clients to respond to complaints & requests to exercise their rights, & also assisting them with the management & notification of security breaches, contracts, procedures & documentation required by the GDPR, assessment of the legal basis for processing, digital compliance (cookies, cyber security), privacy policies, BCRs etc. For many years, we have also provided assistance in the event of inspections - whether on-site or online - by data protection authorities & in the context of sanction proceedings by the CNIL & other authorities.


Telecoms

Leading firm in France for two decades, on contractual, litigation, regulatory & competition field, our the telecom team works for electronic communications operators and investors in France as well as in emerging markets. The team has also an extensive experience on infrastructure projects in particular for operators, public entities, governments and international institutions.
