In a legal environment that is becoming more and more complex, Binder Grösswang offers guidance in all issues of public commercial and environmental law. We aspire to support private and public companies in such a way that regulatory risks are managed in the best possible way in the case of entry into regulated markets as well as in the day-to-day business. We are regularly involved in procedures for the granting of public permits and in infrastructure projects (road construction and railways, power stations, multi-national gas pipelines) in Austria, Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe. Federal and provincial Governments instruct us to handle complex topics under public law, often with close links to civil and European law. We also represent our clients before administrative bodies, sector-specific regulatory authorities and courts in Austria and the EU.
