Unique among law firms in Thailand, our lawyers have expertise in both project development and project finance and regularly represent both sponsors and lenders in project financing transactions. We are one of the very few firms in Thailand that have local lawyers substantially involved in the drafting and negotiation of EPC contracts. Our expertise in PPP projects began in the 1980s when private sector was first allowed to participate in infrastructure projects, culminating in several first-of-its-kind projects. We are also one of the very few law firms with a dispute resolution team with experience in litigating concession contracts on any administrative law issues.
