Viroj Piyawattanametha

Viroj joined Baker McKenzie in 2000 after several years of practice with another law firm. He became a partner in 2006 and his practice focus includes project development and financing, M&A, capital markets (debt and equity), and securitization. He has exceptional experience in cross-border work and is well sought for M&A transactions across Asia-Pacific and Europe. Viroj’s major clients include banks, financial institutions, and securities companies in their capacity as underwriters, as well as major listed and non-listed companies in a diverse range of business sectors, including infrastructure, power, petrochemical, automobile, finance, and securities businesses.

Joined Baker McKenzie, Bangkok in 2000. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked for a local law firm in Thailand.
