BADOKH regularly represents all kinds of stakeholders including debtors, creditors as well as shareholders and investors creating tailor made strategies for each case. BADOKH’s experience regularly proves valuable in landmark insolvencies such as reorganisation of Arca Investments, reorganisations of major local hard coal producers OKD, large local manufacturing conglomerate VITKOVICE and real estate company L88 (an owner of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty facilities in the Czech Republic). One of BADOKH’s key areas of focus is assisting clients in avoiding formal court restructuring by facilitating timely and strategic negotiations with creditors. The firm has recently demonstrated notable success in this area, particularly in advising several clients from the automotive sector on out-of-court solutions.
