Highlights include advising a global financial services provider on the establishment in Guernsey of a unique hybrid international pension plan, end of service gratuity plan and international savings plan to be offered to employers with internationally and globally based workforces under a Guernsey mastertrust. Advising a global financial services provider on the restructuring of its pension and end of service benefit arrangements in the CEE region, under an innovative Guernsey pension arrangement which required and received confirmatory approval from the Guernsey Revenue Service.
