  • The team is led by Appleby’s Global Head of Property Tim Hart alongside three highly-experienced lawyers and specialist conveyancers. Tim’s expertise covers all aspects of Jersey commercial property work, including property development, commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, corporate transactions and general property law advice. He is recognised as one of the leaders in the field on the island.
  • Appleby’s Jersey Commercial Property team works closely with lawyers from our Corporate team, and with other commercial real estate lawyers in the global Appleby group.
  • At Appleby, our global presence allows us to provide timely and comprehensive legal advice at the time most critical to our clients. This includes providing British Virgin Islands (BVI) law advice in a European time-zone such as advising on the laws, rules, regulations and practices which govern the BVI.
