• Appleby’s Commercial Property team in Jersey advises corporates and financial institutions on the purchase, sale and leasing of premium commercial real estate on the island. • The team is led by Appleby’s Global Head of Property Tim Hart alongside three highly-experienced lawyers and specialist conveyancers. Tim’s expertise covers all aspects of Jersey commercial property work, including property development, commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, corporate transactions and general property law advice. He is recognised as one of the leaders in the field on the island.

This includes providing British Virgin Islands (BVI) law advice in a European time-zone such as advising on the laws, rules, regulations and practices which govern the BVI.
