What the Team is Known For

Ampersand Advocates offers a strong bench of well-regarded advocates who are active across a broad range of real estate litigation topics. The set demonstrates strong expertise in areas of overlap between commercial and real estate disputes. Members are instructed at all levels from the Supreme Court down. This year, a highlight of the work the set carried out was MacNab v Highland Council, a Court of Session action seeking to establish rights of access over a private road constructed by a local authority.
