On the DCM side, the law firm represents both issuers and underwriters in note issuances as well as asset-backed securitisations and RMBS transactions. The law firm has a standout asset finance team which is adept at handling warehouse facilities and PDP financing deals for clients in the aviation sector. It is well versed in high-value debt restructuring and refinancing.
