Kondracki Celej had the pleasure of advising the shareholders of ORK Poland sp. z o.o. on the company’s acquisition by Lindström, a leading European textile service company operating in accordance with circular economy principles.
The transaction marks another important step in the development of the workwear and textile services sector in Central and Eastern Europe. It combines Lindström’s international scale with ORK Poland’s long-standing reputation and strong operational expertise in the Polish market.
