Kondracki Celej advised Mavie Work on the acquisition of Wellbeing Polska by Mavie, a portfolio company of Aligo Venture Capital.

Mavie Work, part of the international health company Mavie (UNIQA Group), has acquired 100% of the shares in Wellbeing Polska, one of Poland’s leading corporate health platforms. The transaction significantly strengthens Mavie Work’s holistic health offering in Poland and across the CEE region, combining physical, mental and organizational health solutions for corporate clients.
