On December 5th, Vista Energy Argentina S.A.U. (“Vista”) successfully issued Class XXII Notes– simple, non-convertible into shares, denominated, integrated and payable in U.S. Dollars abroad– for a total nominal amount of US$14,668,984 (the “Class XXII Notes”). The issuance was made under the company’s Global Program of up to US$800,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value).

The Class XXII Notes, maturing on June 5th, 2026, will accrue interest at a nominal annual fixed rate, equivalent to 5%, and will amortize its principal in one payment on the maturing date.

Additionally, the Class XXII Notes were admitted for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and authorized for trading at Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. On November 30th, 2023, Moody's Local AR Agente de Calificación de Riesgo S.A. and FIX SCR S.A. Agente de Calificación de Riesgo (Fitch Ratings Affiliate) locally rated the Class XXII Notes as "AAA.ar" with a "stable" outlook.

In the issuance Banco de Galicia y de Buenos Aires S.A.U., Macro Securities S.A.U. and Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., acted as placement agents (all of them, collectively, the "Placement Agents").
