Practice Areas

Peter Morrison is the head of the Los Angeles Litigation Group and co-head of Skadden's West Coast litigation practice. He advises corporations on matters involving federal and state securities laws, duties of corporate directors, SEC and stock exchange inquiries and investigations, contests for corporate control, and tax reporting matters. Mr. Morrison is co-author of the treatise Mergers and Acquisitions Deal Litigation Under Delaware Corporation Law.
