Caio has extensive experience advising on numerous IPOs and follow-ons, as well as advising on registering publicly-held companies, distributing securities, private placements and everyday corporate and regulatory aspects of capital markets. Caio also represents clients on M&A transactions, including de-SPACs, debt offerings, hybrid securities and securitization, financing, structured transactions, and infrastructure projects, and in other cross-border transactions, such as international loans and bond issuances involving multiple jurisdictions.
