Wallbrook is a global investigations and due diligence firm headquartered in London, with offices in Hong Kong, Dubai, Zurich and New York.
The only certified B-Corp in the intelligence and investigations industry, Wallbrook places ethics and strong governance at its core. This has led to the development of its renowned investigative ESG practice, which works closely with investors and major multinationals on human rights and ESG issues prior to acquisitions and throughout their operations. As a result, Wallbrook is a premier advisor, alongside the world’s leading external counsel, at the apex of compliance, political and ESG risks.
The firm is one of the largest independent and wholly employee-owned intelligence firms operating worldwide. It has around 60 full-time employees across all offices, drawn from backgrounds in national intelligence, law, diplomacy, academia, journalism and financial services, with language skills and jurisdictional expertise spanning the whole of the globalized economy. Approximately 60% of staff hold, or have access to, stock in the business. With no outside shareholders, this ensures high levels of talent retention and long-term collaborative thinking.
Wallbrook is also one of the few firms in its space to hold the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System certification, certified by Lloyds Register.
The core team behind Wallbrook first came together in 2007 as Billiter Partners. In 2013 Billiter merged with the private equity-backed US investigations business, Stroz Friedberg, which was itself acquired by Aon plc (NYSE: AON) in 2016.
The Due Diligence and Strategic Research team of Stroz Friedberg was subsequently spun out of Aon plc in 2018 and reformed as Wallbrook.
