Power: Extensive experience and a proven track record in the design, construction, management, operation and financing of power projects, having been involved in the various IPP projects implemented in Mozambique

Renewables/Climate Change/Energy Transition: TPLA has extensive experience advising on solar, wind, and hydro projects and has been providing advice on decarbonization initiatives and carbon offset programmes. Furthermore, TPLA has a unique experience in the design of universal access to energy programs (mini-grids, solar home systems and C&I) and renewable power programmes.

Oil and Gas: TPLA was involved in approving the law and the decree-law that approved the LNG projects in the Rovuma Basin, and since then, has advised the government of Mozambique, operators, and contractors in that respect.

Mining: TPLA provides comprehensive advice on every facet of transactions in the mining and resources sector, guiding clients from meticulous due diligence and regulatory adherence to the strategic negotiation and successful closure of deals.

Water: The team have advised on water projects, which include the privatization of water schemes under concession agreements with the support of the government and multilateral agencies.

Agriculture:TPLA has been involved in commercial and operational transactions relating to farm and land exploration partnerships through industrial-scale food projects and reforestation initiatives.
