  • Acting as legal counsel to Ion Beam Applications with respect to the implementation of Egypt’s first ever proton beam therapy centre at Children's Cancer Hospital Foundation in Egypt.
  • Acted as local legal counsel to Arizona State University with respect to a mega higher education project with the Government of Egypt for the purpose of offering dual degree programmes at Galala University.
  • Acted as legal counsel to FOTON Motors with respect to a joint venture project with the Government of Egypt for construction of Egypt’s first ever plant for manufacturing electric buses.
  • Advised General Electric on the construction of solar power plants in BenBan, Aswan as well as its collaboration with the Egyptian Government a major decarbonization project.
  • Acting as legal counsel to Wabtec Inc. with respect to supplying of 100 diesel electric locomotives to the Egyptian National Railways.
  • Advising a confidential client on its participation in El Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant in Egypt.
  • Advised L3 Technologies on supplying C3ISR systems to the Government of Egypt.
  • Acted as legal counsel to a confidential leading financial institution client with respect to a EUR 1 billion Credit Facilities Agreement that was granted to the Egyptian National Railways for the purpose of developing the national railways in Egypt.
