■Representation of Clark Construction Group— California L.P. on the $520 Million Long Beach Civic Center P3 Project in negotiating and drafting all relevant contract documents and achieving Commercial Close on the project in 2016 ■Representation of the California High-Speed Rail Authority on a broad range of legal construction issues, including contract drafting and procurement, claims and general legal advice concerning the High-Speed Rail Project. This project is planned to be the largest transit project in US history, and is estimated to involve over $62 billion in construction contracts to complete ■Representation of ARB, Inc. in a construction lawsuit against the County of San Luis Obispo arising from the construction of the Los Osos Wastewater project. ARB submitted a claim for approximately $23 Million to the County. The County has denied that claim. Rutan is representing ARB with legal issues relating to the ensuing litigation
