In terms of the Outsourcing Reform, Pizá Abogados designed a Services Restructuring Project in order to analyze the current scheme of the Televisa Group and thus devise the best legal strategy that concluded with the successful registration before the Registry of Specialized Services Providers.
Regularization Project in Labor Matters
Pizá Abogados carried out a Regularization Project in Labor Matters, consisting in the analysis of the current labor legal context of Netflix, in order to implement a legal design strategy, in line with the applicable Mexican legislation and mainly with the needs of the Company.
Pizá Abogados carried out a Labor Litigation Project, in which it analyzed, among other aspects, the circumstances and background of all the active labour claims against American Express, in order to design the best legal strategy that achieved a significant reduction in the number of active trials.
