Enrique Ballesteros is the partner in charge of the Firm's consulting area, with over 18 years of experience focused on labor litigation and counseling. He has vast experience advising international clients on labor and employment matters contemplating opening operations in Mexico. He has also developed several strategies for termination of the employment relationship, as well as is an expert in analyzing corporate schemes related to Outsourcing and proposing codes of conduct and internal policies that meet the specific needs of the clients.
As partner in charge of the Firm's consulting practice, his areas of expertise include: general advice on profit sharing payments, expatriate hiring, employee transfers, stock options, labor intermediation, compensation and incentive plans, labor audits, discrimination policies and claims, mergers and acquisitions, and outsourcing matters, among others.
