- Acted for Morgan Stanley in its capacity as Arranger in the context of the Frontier II transaction, involving the securitization by the National Bank of Greece of a portfolio of non-performing exposures with a total gross book value of c. EUR 1 Billion backed by the State guarantee pursuant to the Hellenic Asset Protection Scheme.
- Acted for Eurobank S.A. in relation to the second Greek Recovery and Resilience Fund (RRF) Co-Financing facility to auto leasing company Avis Greece for financing Avis investment project of supply of new anti-pollution technology cars with a total amount of a first phase of EUR 112 Million.
- Acted for the Intralot Group in relation to the issuance of a Bond Loan of EUR 100Million with Arrangers Piraeus Bank and the National Bank of Greece.
- Acted for V Tourism S.A., a Greek Societe Anonyme company, and its shareholders Prodea Investments, the largest REIT in Greece, and Invel Real Estate Group with respect to a US$ 31 Million financing from Eurobank S.A. and Greek Recovery and Resilience Fund, in relation to the acquisition and development of a hotel property in Milos Island (Greece).
- Acted for an EU based fund in relation to its participation in the bidding process for the acquisition of a loans portfolio originated by Greek banks under liquidation and managed by PQH Single Special Liquidation S.A..

Capital Markets & Financial Services Regulation:
- Advised Intracom Holdings in relation to the merger by absorption of INTRACOM PROPERTIES by the listed company KLM S.A. (subsequently renamed EUROPE HOLDINGS S.A.) and the follow-on share capital increase of EUROPE HOLDINGS S.A.
- Reviewed and drafted sections of the Prospectus approved by CONSOB in relation to all matters of Greek law as pertaining to the Issuer’s subsidiary in Greece, doValue Greece S.A., a regulated NPL Servicer in Greece.
- Advised Intralot S.A. regarding the issuance of EUR 130 Million bonds by way of public offer in Greece and their listing on the Athens Stock Exchange.
- Advised Invel Real Estate in relation to all aspects regarding the sale by it to Yoda PLC group of 13,333,.333 shares, representing 5.22%, in PRODEA Investments REIC, the leading Greek REIC listed on the Athens Stock Exchange.

Corporate & M&A:
- Advised Intracom Holdings on its acquisition of 87.73% in the listed company K.L.M. S.A. through the execution of an MoU with the majority shareholders, a share purchase agreement and a mandatory tender offer.We are also advising KLM S.A. and its majority shareholder, Intracom Holdings, both listed companies in the Athens Stock Exchange, throughout the process of their corporate transformations.
- Advised Intracom Holdings and its subsidiaries KLM S.A. and Intracom Properties in relation to the acquisition of 100% of Europa Insurance Company Single Member S.A. from KLM Investment Holdings S.A. the sole shareholder of EUROPA INSURANCE.
- Advised London and Regional Properties in the sale of 100% of the shares of the company TITANIA S.A., owner of the historic Titania Hotel Athens to H Hotels Collection, marking the largest transaction in the hospitality sector in Q1 2024.
- Advised Armira Capital and Viessmann Generations Group on the acquisition of a 40% stake in the Greek pharmaceutical company “Pharos Generics Holding S.A.” a pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures and supplies generics, over-the-counter and value-added products and has a global portfolio of more than 100 products.
- Advised Dukes Education Group Ltd. in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the shares in the Cypriot company “I.S.A. THE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF ATHENS LIMITED” which operates, via its Greek branch, the International School of Athens (“ISA”) and Melina’s Kindergarten in Athens, Greece.
- Advised London & Regional Properties on the sale of 100% of the shares of LANDA S.A., owner of the Rhodes Bay Hotel & Spa and Elite Suites by Rhodes Bay in Rhodes, to the H Hotels Collection.
- Advised Taconic Capital Advisors UK LLP, a global institutional investment firm, with respect to the acquisition of the ex-Costa Perla Hotel located in Porto Heli, Greece.

Real Estate:
- Αdvising Hellinikon SMSA on the sale of five (5) distinct urban blocks designated for residential development in the Urban Development Area “A-U3” within The Ellinikon of the Metropolitan Pole Elliniko - Agios Kosmas, totalling €106 Million.
- Advising Taconic Capital Advisors UK LLP, a global institutional investment firm, with respect to the acquisition of the ex-Costa Perla Hotel located in Porto Heli, Greece, and the demolition, planning and construction of a complex tourist accommodation comprising of a new luxury hotel and residential villas. Once the project is finished, it will constitute 1 of 10 (currently existing) complex tourist accommodations in Greece.
- Advising Arish Capital Partners, with respect to the acquisition of a four-level building including fifty-six (56) horizontal properties in total, ten (10) parking places, one (1) retail unit and a roof top erected on a land plot having a total surface of 1,1102.9422 sqm. situated in the Municipality of Patras.

Dispute Resolution:
- Advising Public Gas Corporation of Greece S.A. (DEPA) in a EUR 150 million dispute over gas prices with a Greek company in the chemicals industry.
- Advising Intracom Holdings S.A. in a EUR 20 million dispute relating to the sale of a former telecommunications company.
- Advising Intralot S.A.in a EUR 12 million dispute with entities owned by the public sector as well as the Greek State.
- Advising Pylaia S.A.(subsidiary of Lamda Development S.A.)in a EUR 40 million dispute regarding negligence of infrastructure against a Greek construction company.
