The firm has started several cross-border insolvency proceedings, both to recognise in Chile reorganisation proceedings initiated abroad (as in the case of the Italian construction company Astaldi), as well as to obtain financial protection and to recognise abroad, and particularly through the procedure regulated in Chapter 15 of the United States, reorganisation proceedings initiated in Chile (as in the case of Enjoy and Minera Tres Valles).
