■ Axpo - Legal support to Swiss power and gas utility, owned the Swiss cantons of Zürich and Aaargau, in the acquisition of Goldenergy, one of Portugal’s largest distributors of electricity and gas.
■ PeroxyChem – advising the subsidiary of the private investment arm of JP Morgan Chase, and a major US manufacturer and supplier of hydrogen peroxide and silicates, during the restricted bidding process for the divestment of its Spanish hydrogen peroxide and silicates business.
■ Advising CRRC, the Chinese giant State-owned train manufacturer and operator in connection with participation in a tender for the supply of metro trains in Barcelona (Spain) for a total value of EUR 369 million.
■ Advising Spanish Engineering Vimac Imathia in the drafting and negotiation of Framework Agreement with Railways of the Islamic Republic of Iran for the EUR 400 million Electrification of the Railway Line Teheran – Hamadan – Sanandaj.
■ Legal advice to Unilever in the negotiation of a Joint Venture in Cuba between Unilever Mexico and Cuban group Suchel in the Mariel Development Special Zone
■ Advice to China Development Bank in due diligence of Labiofam, a Cuban pharma group, and ETECSA, the Cuban telecom operator for the granting a loan for the construction of a laboratory and several pharmaceutical factories as well as several telecom facilities.
