·Ecomlex advised various ad tech businesses on their compliance with e-privacy and GDPR consent requirements, and in connection with regulatory enquiries into online advertising practices.

·Advised Twitter on local law risks and compliance for the Twitter Ads Program in 14 jurisdictions within its EMEA region to support their fast-growing advertising service for small businesses.

·Advised Hasbro SA on GDPR compliance including advice on employee related personal data, advertising to children, connected toys, websites and apps and online games.

·Ecomlex has advised numerous e-commerce businesses with a wide variety of issues relating to doing business on-line, including drafting web shop terms and conditions, payments, privacy and cookie notices.

·Ecomlex assisted dunnhumby, a global customer data science company that helped establish the 'Tesco Clubcard' system, with its EU privacy needs. We have advised on the area of international data transfers, product privacy impact assessments / data protection impact assessments, and HR data protection issues.

·Ecomlex member firms are advising ANSYS (a leader in simulation software) on its anti-piracy and software licensing programme across several European jurisdictions.

·Advised Expedia on the European roll-out of its technology enabled gift card programme as well as advising on numerous data protection issues and projects, including local compliance in different EU member states and advising on international data transfer issues.

·Ecomlex provided commercial contracting support to a wide range of leading, household brand clients in the run-up to GDPR, ensuring that their customer and vendor contracting templates were GDPR-compliant, and helping to push those contracts out and negotiate them through to completion successfully.
