The firm’s members have had longstanding experience in intellectual property and litigation since at least 1998, through which the firm assisted its clients to successfully solve their legal problems.
The firm was founded by Managing Partner, Mr. Giancarlo de la Gasca after obtaining his LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law (with honors) at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL; and having work experience in a well known IP boutique firm of Chicago. Thereafter, the firm was created, with the purpose of offering specialised services by an expert team, which is fully bilingual and has an international perspective of the law, but most of all, an expert team that looks up to fulfilling the legal necessities of its clients.
