■ Representation of Ukrlandfarming, the largest Ukrainian agricultural holding, interests in GAFTA arbitration High Court of Justice. The case concerned the non-delivery of goods due to prohibition of the export of agricultural products from Ukraine in 2010. The claim amounts to USD 26.5 million
■ Representation of the US-owned agricultural holding in FOSFA arbitration against Russian importer under the contract amounting to USD 45 million. The case concerned the Russian import restrictions on the supply of Ukrainian soybeans
■ Successfull representing of a large agricultural company in London arbitration under the 2017 LMAA Rulesin the dispute againstashipowner. The dispute arose under the voyage charterparty concluded forcarriageof the goods to Egypt.

■ Advising State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine on the contract of sale of commodities with a Chinese state owned company worth USD 26.5 billion.
■ Representation of one of the largest Black Sea region agriholdings in arbitration and litigation proceedings on the fraud money transferring in international trade of commodities. The case involves jurisdictions of Syria, Poland, England, Germany, Russia
■ Representation of Ukrainian largest agriholding in the FOSFA arbitration dispute in reference to the quality of goods delivered worth USD 90 mln. The case refers to the quality certification of commodities exported from Ukraine to the EU

International Commercial Arbitration:
■ Representing the interests of strategic Ukrainian State-Owned Enterprise “Ukrhydroenergo” at the ad hoc arbitration under the auspices of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) in a dispute with Fichtner GmbH & Co. KG concerning the rehabilitation project: Increasing the capacity of Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant.
■ Representation of an international company at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine in the case arising from the contract worth USD 80 million. The case concerned the Russian import restrictions on the supply of Ukrainian goods
■ Representation of the client’s interests in International commercial arbitration at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry concerning demand for termination of the contract on delivery goods valued at USD 7 million due to force majeure circumstances

The school despite being one of the most prominent and expensive in the country approached to the assessment of the situation with prejudice against the son of the Client.
