Information Technology:
The information technology practice provides legal advice for IT sourcing,data protection, digital transformation, strategic infrastructure and cybersecurity and has unique experience working with business deals in challenging regulatory contexts and negotiations with the largest global providers of public cloud services and other IT services. Clients are mainly banks, insurance companies, large industrial companies, energy companies, real estate companies, public authorities as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Recent key projects within the information technology practice include:
- Advising a consortium of Swedish banks on cloud computing issues in relation to technology sourcing, data protection and regulatory requirements
- Advising one of Sweden’s largest financial groups on sourcing of cloud computing services from a data protection as well as regulatory perspective
- Representing a leading European private equity house in their sourcing of strategic SaaS
- Advising a global Swedish industrial corporation in a strategic project for launch of digital services offerings worldwide (Internet of Things), including cloud supplier contract negotiations as well as data protection issues
- Representing a Swedish real estate company in the re-negotiation of a core business system agreement
- Representing several Swedish government authorities in matters regarding sourcing and digitalization
- Representing a technology company with cyber risk matters in the aftermath of a major cyber attack

- Representing a leading provider of renewable packaging material with contract drafting, advise and negotiations in a multibillion project for refurbishment of a paper-mill (including specific work streams in relation to DCS/QCS, Data handling and other automation matters)
- Representing a world leading manufacturer of special industrial steel tools as regards drafting and negotiations in relation to a contract for DCS/QCS for one of its plants
- Representing a world leading provider of turn-outs and railway switches on contract drafting, advise and negotiations in a strategic technology project for sale of turn-outs and automated switches to Turkey

Public Procurement:
The public procurement practice provides legal advice and representation related to public procurement, protective security, IT sourcing, data protection, digital transformation, strategic infrastructure, cybersecurity, and other commercial agreements for the public sector as well as assistance in dispute resolution and court proceedings. The firm has extensive experience from co-operation and development contracts. This has proven to be of great value in public procurement projects. Clients are mainly governmental agencies, municipalities (and associated companies), trade associations, energy and real estate companies owned by municipalities, and private companies. Recent key projects within the public procurement practice include:
- Representing a Swedish government authority in a case in the Swedish Supreme Administrative Court
