Mergers & Acquisitions: 

Aabø-Evensen specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) work. It represents a significant proportion of the firm’s activity, covering the full range of M&A work, frequently with a cross-border and multi-jurisdictional perspective. The firm has a broad network of law firms which enables it to quickly establish a competent cross-border team. It has been a part of many of Norway’s most significant transactions in recent years. Practice includes assisting clients in the acquisition of both listed and private companies, advising on issues related to structuring transactions, planning and conducting due diligence, structuring the financing and evaluating competition issues. The team is known for a highly commercial approach and extensive marked knowledge.

ECM, IPO, Public M&A: 

Aabø-Evensen’s practice advises on issues related to both debt and equity capital markets, including securities and securities offerings. The firm’s capital markets and public M&A lawyers have extensive experience within domestic and cross border capital markets transactions and covers equity, debt, regulatory capital and equity-linked (convertible and exchangeable) bond issues, structured finance transactions and the full range of derivative and securitised products.
