Public International Law

This section covers state-to-state disputes such as those governed by the law of nations and the law of the sea, as well as by international agreements and conventions. It includes matters traditionally held to constitute the core of public international law practices, such as land and maritime boundary disputes, sovereign immunity, state succession and claims to statehood. Matters relating to Business and Human Rights issues are covered in the International Human Rights section. This table includes leading firms and lawyers from around the UK. Lawyers from Scotland and Northern Ireland can be included here but they may also have their own dedicated table.
