Saadeh Rahman LLP specialises in public international law and international dispute resolution. Its clients include States, individuals, multinational corporations and international organisations. The firm was established by Jiries Saadeh and Ashique Rahman, both of whom have worked on some of the most high-profile investor-State and public international law disputes of the past decade.
Recent work highlights include assisting Pakistan with its written and oral submissions to the ICJ in relation to the UNGA’s request for an advisory opinion on the obligations of Israel in relation to the presence and activities of the United Nations, other international organisations and third States in the Occupied Palestinian Territory. The firm is also representing three Mauritian investors in an ICSID arbitration arising out of the collapse of one of Portugal’s largest banks in Portugal.
